The Line of a Branch

Grein draws its inspiration from the natural movement of branches. Asymmetry, branching forms and the transition from delicate to dense give the collection its organic character, ranging from understated elegance to sculptural expression.

Forged by Hand

Grein is crafted from iron. Leaves and branches are shaped individually at the forge, allowing the marks of heat and hammer to become part of each piece. No two works are exactly alike, even when they share the same artistic language.

Jens Dalsgaard

Jens Dalsgaard is the creator of Grein and forges its works at the family atelier in Sindal, Denmark. His craftsmanship gives every leaf and branching form its individual character, supported by the family behind House of Dalsgaard.
