Eldr is a sculptural vase holder where hand-forged iron branches and individually shaped leaves surround a clear glass cylinder. Designed for flowers, candlelight or decorative arrangements, it brings together the strength of iron and the delicate forms of nature.

Nature held within iron.
Eldr takes its name from the Old Norse word for fire. Yet its character extends beyond candlelight. At its centre, a clear glass cylinder is embraced by an organic composition of hand-forged branches and leaves, creating a versatile decorative piece with a distinctive sculptural presence.
Filled with flowers, the glass brings colour and life into the composition. With a candle inside, the flame illuminates the surrounding ironwork, revealing the textures of the leaves and casting gentle shadows. The cylinder can also be used for decorative arrangements of natural materials, allowing the expression of the piece to change with its surroundings and the seasons.
The contrast between the transparent glass and dark, textured iron gives Eldr its distinctive character. Each element complements the other, bringing together materials that feel both enduring and delicate.
Whether displayed on a dining table, sideboard or another carefully chosen surface, Eldr is conceived as a decorative work in its own right — one that can be enjoyed in different ways throughout the year.
Craftsmanship
Eldr is built around a central glass cylinder, surrounded by an organic composition of hand-forged iron branches and leaves.
Each leaf is individually shaped, with detailed textures and subtle variations that reflect the work of the hammer. The branches form a sculptural structure around the glass, creating a contrast between the solidity of iron and the lightness of the transparent cylinder.
The composition is designed to accommodate different decorative uses, from floral arrangements to candlelight, without losing its character as a work of craftsmanship.
As each piece is made by hand, subtle variations in the branches, leaves and overall expression contribute to the individual character of the finished work.
